A list of dances will be sent at a later date. You may volunteer to lead a dance(s) once the list has been released.

The Fairfield has given us a special group rate of $159 USD plus tax. The last day to book is June 30, 2026. This rate is available beginning August 7, 2026, and ending on August 9, 2026.

The Fairfield is a new hotel in the Winrock/Uptown area. The rooms are very nice and so are the people. Security is on site including the parking lot 24/7. Breakfast is provided. This is a very nice area to be in with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Registration
Complete the registration form and return it to Georgette Smith along with your check for $20 (payable to Georgette) to help pay for lunch and other expenses. Information is included on the registration form. Registration form must be postmarked by June 30, 2026.

Activities
The 16 Proposed Dances will be taught at Workshop. ​​If a dance you nominated becomes a Proposed Dance, you will be contacted to see if you want to teach it at Workshop. There will also be a luncheon and the annual meeting.

The ballot will be available by the morning of August 9, 2026. All votes are due by August 31, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.​​​​​​​
