August 7, 2026 - Preparty 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
A list of dances will be sent at a later date. You may volunteer to lead a dance(s) once the list has been released.

August 8, 2025 - 8:00 a.m. until all dances are taught.

​​​Activities
The 16 Proposed Dances will be taught at Workshop. ​​If a dance you nominated becomes a Proposed Dance, you will be contacted to see if you want to teach it at Workshop. There will also be a luncheon and the annual meeting.
​
The ballot will be available by the morning of August 9, 2026. All votes are due by August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.​​​​​​​
